By commissioning me, the client Acknowledges that the artist retains full rights, usage, and ownership of the deliverable. I retain the right to post, sell, print, display, or otherwise use the commission product, unless stated otherwise.

The client Acknowledges any reproduction of the work, especially reproductions that will be used for profit or commercial uses, is strictly prohibited unless approved by the artist, or you are a commercial commissioner.

Distributing my artwork to NFT/blockchain and/or AI programs are Forbidden.

Reposting or pfp usage is okay as long as you Credit respectfully.

All Prices are in USD.

For projects Under $1,000 USD, all costs are due upfront.

For projects Over $1,000 USD, costs may be split between 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion.

Payments will be done via Invoice on PayPal. I’ll begin once the payment has been processed.

If you are based in the Philippines, payments will be processed via GCash.

Major changes will incur additional fees. Small changes are free of charge.

Changes to the commission can only be requested while the commission is in progress. Revision requests after the commission is completed is charged with a negotiable revision fee.

One month and 15 days should be the minimum amount of time expected for date of completion. The artist may finish earlier or later.

The artist cannot offer a refund after the initial draft has been completed, under normal circumstances.

In the event the artist is unable to complete the request, a discussed partial refund will be offered based on the current completion of the deliverables.

The client is not guaranteed a full refund.

Aggression's and rude behavior can affect the order process and will default to its cancellation. The refund amount will depend on how much the commission is completed.

If selected, For clarity purposes, I will ask some follow-up Questions / Discussion of commission contents and price quote after I've finish processing your submitted form.

Messages will be sent via email, twitter, or discord depending on the preference of the client.

Invoice will be sent through email. If payment is not sent in 14 days, slot will be forfeited.

Process! Once payment is processed, I'll begin painting!

Next step, Thumbnailing! I will send a sketch/s for approval. At this point, you are allotted a Maximum of two revisions while the commission is still in progress.

I will be sending WIP's gradually to keep you updated of your commission.

As soon as I finish your deliverable, I will contact you and notify that your commission is finalized.

You will receive a high-res file of the artwork. Canvas Size will vary depending on pose / composition.

Note— If you are paying through Installment, please pay the remaining 50% prior. I will be waiting for your response before proceeding to the last step.

If you do not have any specific requests for background elements, perspective, lighting, mood, poses, etc. I'm happy to use my creative freedom.

Non-Commercial / Commercial work will incur extra costs depending on usage / complexity.
